Blind Boy Brewing brings uniquely crafted beer to south east Queensland, brewing beer for wholesale at bars, venues and pubs as well as retail at its own Taproom and Cellar Door location at Food Connect Shed in Salisbury.
Founded and run by Head Brewer Jacob Viel, an enthusiastic and dedicated brewer who has been brewing for over 10 years. Finding it difficult to break into the industry due to his different ability, he decided to do it himself and set up a micro brewery under his house where he developed and tested his craft with some thirsty mates.
Jacob’s lack of sight only heightens his senses which has allowed him to establish his signature well balanced recipes, winning awards, gaining certified education and now sharing his beers with the Brisbane community.
